Wedding Videographer FAQ’s

We are based in Europe, Australia and United States. Though we are traveling throughout the year particularly in the warmer months of the Europe and US summer season. We travel to countries and cities far and wide to capture your event, no destination is off limits.

We only film weddings! Our events range from intimate weddings (less than 30 people), to week long destination weddings with 400+ guests. Our process and approach to each and every wedding is the same, resulting in consistently meticulous, unique and authentic films.

We are often observed to seamlessly blend into the background—our couples and fellow suppliers hardly notice we’re there. We move quietly behind the scenes allowing your photographer to take the lead and giving you space to enjoy your wedding day. This allows us to capture your day naturally, as it unfolds. We collaborate with new suppliers every week and always find the perfect synergy.

It’s such a special process that we have curated over time. We collaborate on every single edit. It is a whole team effort and we are proud to produce everything in house.

Our passion is filmmaking. We focus on refining and innovating our craft rather than seeking mediums that aren’t authentic to us. Having worked with exceptional photographers worldwide, we’re happy to recommend the best suited to your event. We offer sneak peeks following the wedding day which gives you time to cherish new memories before reliving them and sharing them online.

In our experience, voiceovers can date your film. We use music to compliment your footage, not words. By treating your wedding film like a music video, you can enjoy it without associations that change over time—plus, you won’t be reliant on your bridal party or family for the perfect wedding speech.

We use drones sparingly, we believe in capturing your wedding as organically and unobtrusively as possible. Your Moon & Back film will feel and look like it was shot through the eyes of a guest in that each and every little moment is filmed discreetly and without interference of guest experience. We love using drones to capture spectacular venues or locations of your destination wedding, to set the scene at the start of your film.

We do not outsource or contract any part of processes, including filming & editing. We are extremely proud to produce all of our films in-house. We are a very small full-time team. Please see our about page for more information.
