Journeying to stunning Switzerland, we had the sheer delight of surprising Véronique & Hannes as they waited unassumingly at the train station, a surprise wedding gift from their gracious family.
Boarding the train with friends and family, we journeyed from Bern up into the clear mountain air of the Swiss Alps, greeted at the summit by truly the most breathtaking views. Here against this majestic backdrop, Hannes and Véro bound their lives in an intimate ceremony of laughter and tears, surrounded by their favourite people.
But the day’s journey did not end there! After a quick stop for photos and a dip in the ice blue Aare river, the party boarded a boat for champagne cheers and plenty of laughter on their way to their dinner destination, where lively speeches and golden lanterns concluded the magical day.
